TENSION

Yarn used knits as DK to this tension: 21 sts and 28 rounds to measure 10x10cm (4x4in) over st st using 4mm needles

Cast on 192 (216: 240: 264: 288: 312) sts using 3 1/2mm circular needles, 80cm long. Join to work in the round, taking care not to twist sts. PM to mark beg of round.

Knit 1 round.

BEGIN PATTERN A

Rounds 1-8 (K2, P2) to end of round.

Round 9 (K1, yo, K1, P2, K2, k2tog, K2, P2) to end of round.

Round 10 (K3, P2, K5, P2) to end of round.

Change to 4mm circular needles, 80cm long.

BEGIN PATTERN B

Note Only count st counts after rounds 2, 3 or 4 of Pattern B.

Put rem sts onto holders.

TO MAKE UP

Sew the opening under the sleeves. Weave in ends and gently block to measurements, following any yarn care instructions on the ball band.
