GETTING STARTED
The ruffles and elasticity of this scarf cause measurements to vary. Working in a soft tension gives the best result. To err on the side of loose is better than tight for this project. Test tension on a small Garter stitch square before starting. Tight knitters may need to move up a half size on all needles to soften the result.
